Delivery and Collection

At Huddle and Hike, you can have your orders delivered to your home or collect them from your nearest Huddle and Hike store or a PostNL collection point. If you order before 5:00 PM, your order will be actioned on the same day and delivered within 1 to 5 business days*.

*For the delivery of orders, HuddleandHike.nl depends on PostNL. Therefore, it may happen that your order, for whatever reason, is not delivered within 5 business days and/or is delivered in multiple shipments. We recommend tracking your package on the PostNL website or app using your Track-and-Trace code.

Delivery

Items that are in stock will be delivered by PostNL within 1 to 5 business days. These packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday. The nearest Huddle and Hike store that has the item in stock will ship the order to you.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the package will be delivered to your neighbors or a PostNL service point. You will no longer receive a physical "not home" slip in your mailbox; instead, PostNL will inform you digitally about the location of your package (such as a specific neighbor or a PostNL service point). You have three weeks to collect it, after which the shipment will be returned to the sender.

Sustainable Delivery

We care deeply about sustainability—and fortunately, so does our courier, PostNL. PostNL is increasingly driving electric vehicles, using clean fuels, and making more deliveries by bicycle. Any remaining CO2 emissions are offset. In this way, PostNL guarantees that your mail and parcels are delivered "from door to door with net-zero CO2." This commitment is verified by an official certificate.

Collection at a PostNL Service Point

If you are not home or prefer not to have your package delivered to your neighbors, you can choose to have your package delivered directly to a PostNL service point during checkout, so you can collect it there at your convenience.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs start at €4.95 per order.

Order Status

You can track your shipment using a PostNL tracking code. After entering this code on the PostNL Track & Trace page, a message may occasionally appear stating that no shipments were found. This usually happens because PostNL has not yet processed the tracking code. If this occurs, you can check the status of your order again the following business day.

International Delivery

HuddleandHike.nl also delivers abroad. Shipping costs vary by European country. 

Delivery to PO Box Addresses

HuddleandHike.nl does not deliver orders to PO Box addresses. Your order can be delivered to any residential address within the Netherlands, or it can be collected at one of the Huddle and Hike stores or a PostNL point.
